Status Holder	Decent size, very visual, available in 3 colours. Colours assist in separating Project / Maintenance work or scaffold companies. Manufactured from quality UV stabilized polypropylene.
Inspection / Register Card Check list	itemized to ensure consistency between scaffold inspectors. Records details of scaffold size, scaffolders, location and client.
Equipment	totals recorded – assists in stock control, hireage and recovery.
Labour	tracks man hours to build / dismantle scaffold
Blue card	- Tube and Coupler
Green card	- System scaffold
Yellow card	- Alloy Mobile
Green Scaffold Safe Card Safe Working Load	maximum loading on scaffold. Person or Company whom requested the scaffold. Purpose / task the scaffold was built for. Job number or code for control.
Date and Time	inspection carried out.
Comments	record alterations made or any damage to scaffold.
Signature	of the Scaffold Inspector.
